Lianyungang Lianlian Chemicals CO.,ltd.(LLC) locates in Lianyungang lingang industrial area, The company owns an area of 135,000 m2.building area of 250,000 m2.And it is a high-technology enterprise specializing in the rubber chemicals researching, developing and production, with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons for rubber accelerator and 10,000 tons for hi-dispersion masterbatch. We pay great attentions to increasing the scientific and technological contents in the meantime of promoting innovation and deepening enterprises management. “A synthesis method of tellurium diethyl dithiocarbamate” has been granted the national patent (patent number: ZL01105884.6) through our self-reliance and innovation. Green production technology of TETD has been developed and superseded the traditional process with the nitrite as the raw material, which improves the quality but also decreases the discharge of "three wastes". Furthermore, we has given a great push to the application of safety rubber chemicals without nitrosamines along with the successful development of accelerator TBzTD, ZBEC, ZDTP and their substitution of hazardous and noxious rubber accelerators. Ater years goes, LLC became well-known international rubber chemicals manufacturer.
There are 3 R&D centres in the group, which are equipped advanced production and test device, high technic and experienced experts. The R&D centres also keep long term close technical cooperation with many universitys and research institutions. 95% of group technic is come from the R&D center.
