Henan Sedar IMP & EXP Co., Ltd belong to Henan Qinyang paper making machinery. Our factory is the advanced tech enterprise specialized in designing and manufacturing Paper Machine Equipment and related equipment. The enterprise was established in 1983, started to manufacture Paper Machine with advanced techniques, and reasonable design in China. Since the foreign trade cooperation was founded, the enterprise had already exported our products to the countries of Central Asia, South-central Asia, Middle East, South America and Africa.
The factory is located Fu Bei industrial district in Qin Yang, “homeland of Paper machine”. The enterprise owns the site area of 25800 ㎡, 180 employees and 20 senior technicians. The factory includes research facility, casting facility, processing equipment, testing area.
All of products from our factory are certificated by ISO9001-2008, Quality System Management Certification.
Our papermaking machinery products: 600type, 787type, 1092type, 1575type, 1760 type, 1880 type, 2100 type, 2400 type, 2880 type, 3200 type, 4800 type, and 6000 type, include single cylinder, double cylinder, multi-cylinder, and fourdrinier. According to clients’ demand, our paper machine is able to produce toilet paper, tissue, corrugated paper, Kraft paper, writing paper, stationary paper, packing paper, specialty paper and fruit nursery paper.
Paper-making felt: BOM compound press felt, BOM multi-layer felt, BOM double-layer screen felt, BOM single-layer screen felt, quality asbestos tile felt and Potassium needled filter blanket.
Paper complete equipment: Rewinding machine, Paper cutter, Pressure light machine, and Paper Rolling machine.
Pulp making machinery products: Pulping equipment, Refiner, Screening equipment, Agitator, Sand remover, Fiber separator, Deinking equipment, Bleaching equipment, Pulp washer, and thickener.
Paper machine component: Dryer, Cylinder mould, Lead roll, couth roll, rubber roll, Vacuum move roll, calendar roll, press roll, tensioner, chain conveyor motor, steam boiler, sizing machine, headbox, calendar, vacuum pump, pulp pump and gas-water separator.
Paper machine uses Pulp, Waste Paper, Newspaper, Board box, Straw, Wheat Straw and Bamboo as Raw material, to produce Toilet Paper, tissue paper Writing Paper, Packing Paper, Recycled Paper and Corrugated Paper. With the advanced water recycle system, the small paper mill creates generous profits with the less investment.
