We are going to setup a SMD PCB assembly line for our own use. Kindly send us your suggested scheme along with equipment details and price.
Our present assembly line is for through hole components having the following details,
PCB Sizes (Max.) - 300mm x 290mm
PCB Sizes (Min.) - 130mm x 50mm
Per month Production - 1200 PCB (Assorted)
Components Used - IC's, Transistor, Diode, LED,Resistance(MFR & Medium Power WW), Capacitors(both Non polar and Electrolytic,Pulse Trafo, Terminals, Test Points, etc.
