Just a few years since its business commencement in 2000, Hebei Guanghao Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd (referred to as Guanghao hereinafter) has developed into a private enterprise with a total investment of CNY 50 million and 300 employees. In 2004, Guanghao realized a sales income of over CNY 30million, with a profit and tax up to CNY 3 million. Guanghao covers a land area of 46,000m2, with a building area of 20000m2 and a registered capital of CNY 30.18milion. Guanghao enjoys convenient transportations since it neighbors 205 National Highway and Huanghua Harbor to the east and Beijing-Shanghai Expressway to the west.
Being a professional manufacturer of bend pipe fittings, Guanghao possesses 8 bend production lines, and is capable to produce series of stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel pipe fittings of various specifications in accordance with domestic and international standards. Technical force of Guanghao is strong, with 65 engineers and technicians to design and manufacture pipe fittings of unique specifications upon customer’s demands. Guanghao is equipped with advanced testing equipments and methods, including metallographic test, physical test, chemical analysis and nondestructive evaluation etc. In 2004, the Party Committee and Government of Mengcun County called for “Wider opening-up, faster development and engagement of big program to realize great-leap-forward”, which had specified the direction for development of enterprises. Leaders of Guanghao held tight to this precious opportunity, and made resolute decisions to seek development through innovation. Along with the reconstruction of old plant areas, Guanghao rented 80mu of land at a cost of CNY 26 million to build a new pipe plant composed of 1,800m2 of newly built three-storey office building, 1,500m2 of warehouses for finished steel structures and 10,000m2 of workshops. At the same time, Guanghao purchased two large scale mid-frequency hydraulic bending machines capable to bend a diameter of f1020mm, and gradually, a diverse “united carrier” enterprise with an annual production capacity over 30,000 t of bends, angle pipes, tapered pipes, three-ways and flanges has been established.
Guanghao has passed ISO9001:2000 International Certification of Quality Management System, and has been licensed to manufacture pressure pipeline components. Other titles credited to Guanghao include: A Scientific and Technological Enterprise in Hebei Province, a “AAA” Credit Enterprise, a fixed enterprise to serve China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation and China Classification Society, as well as a member of the network for accessory supply for China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Company, China National Petroleum Corporation and National Power Supply Corporation.
