东营市神州化工集团座落于资源丰富的黄河三角洲中心城市－－东营市，下设东营市神州化工有限公司、东营市纽斯达建筑建材有限公司、东营市渤海建筑有限公司及驻外贸易公司。

　　公司以“科技是第一生产力，以人为本，以市场为导向，不断创新发展”为宗旨，经过不懈的努力，我们在石油化工、电子、建筑建材、公用工程等方面取得了很大的发展，拥有发明和使用发明多项，被山东省评为中国山东明星企业。

　　公司自建立以来，与国内的知名高校建立了长期的合作关系：公司与清华大学工程材料学院建立了协作关系，成立了纳米材料工程实验室，致力于新兴建筑建材的研究；与石油大学（华东）化工学院建立了神州集团－－石油大学联建研究所（东营市神州化工研究所），致力于石油化工、精细化工产品的研究和开发，且已研究出了石油树脂的改型树脂，颜料的重要中间体乙酰乙酰邻甲苯胺、乙酰乙酰苯胺及煤焦油的深加工项目。

　　公司的改性树脂项目已获得山东省科学技术项目基金资助，成为2003年山东省重点支持项目。乙酰乙酰邻甲苯胺项目获得东营市2003年科学技术项目基金资助项目。

　　集团每个分公司下设公司办公室、财务、生产科、供销科四个科室两个车间；公司现有职工300人，其中具有硕士6人，本科文化水平的35人，大专文化水平的62人。同时具有高级技术职称的8人，中级职称的12人。
