Bazhou Shengfang Unite Chemical Co.,Ltd.located at Shengfang Town Bazhou City of Hebei Province in china, it is 38 kilometers from Tianjin with superior geographical position. The predecessor was Shengfang United Formaldehyde Factory founded in 1996 and renamed Unite Chemical Co.,Ltd. in 2002 with two subsidiary plants: The old factory located at Shengfang development zone with the area of 3.3 acres and started three formaldehyde production lines from 1996 to 2002. The new factory located at Shengfang economic coordination area (Xinzhang development zone) with the area of 8.34 acres and started two formaldehyde production lines from 2005 to 2006, arranged pentaerythritol project on September, 2007 and completed on April, 2008. At present, we are arranging the production and preparation of paraformaldehyde, acetaldehyde and the formic acid.
We have production, management, finance, safety and environment, administrative departments; two centers of echnology and quality testing; Five formaldehyde workshops, a pentaerythritol workshop, the total assets is 10,290,000 dollars,180 staffs,. 40 of them are graduates, 20 professionals, 10 high-level technical personnel.
The main products are mo-pentaerythritol, di-pentaerythritol, sodium formate and formaldehyde. The annual production is mo-pentaerythritol 10,000 tons, di-pentaerythritol 400tons, sodium formate 7,000 tons, formaldehyde 170,000 tons, the annual production is 44,100,000 dollars with advanced equipment, high automaticity, abundant technical force and first-class examination method. The mo-pentaerythritol conforms to the GB/T7815-2008 standard; di-pentaerythritol conforms to the enterprise standard; sodium formate conforms to the Q/BLHH01-2008 standard; The formaldehyde conforms to the GB9009-88 standard .with the multiplication , we can change the structuer of product according to the customer demand.
