Established in 1996, Hebei Cangzhou Hengtong Tubing Co., Ltd. (Short as Hengtong Fittings) is a professional manufacturing enterprise of steel pipe fittings. We have a registered capital of RMB 25.8 million. Our factory covers an area of 120,000 m³ with floor space of 48,000 m³. Based on the advanced technology and abundant fonds, our main products, such as fittings of X70, fittings resistance of SO2 or hydrogen environment in petrochemical projects, and high pressure fittings used for power plants are famous in petrochemical industry, gas transmission pipelines, power plants etc. Nowadays, our manufacturing capacity is up to 20,000 tons, 8000 tons of main products included.
We focus our market on petrochemical and gas industry since our organization built. Based on good achievements in SINOPEC, CNPC and CNOOC, we are experienced in cooperation with international engineering incorporations, such as AkerKvaerner, Technimont, Maisonworley, SINOPEC Engineering Incorporation, China HuanQiu Contracting & Engineering Corp. (HQCEC), China Petroleum Engineering & Construction (Group) Corp., CNOOC Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd., and so on. So our products are popular both domestic and aboard.
In China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (SINOPEC) market, as one of 26 Strategic Cooperation Suppliers, we keep the continuous cooperation with its 18 branches. We achieved No. 1 in 2005 and No. 2 in 2006 of the suppliers' reference list of SINOPEC. And we are greatly praised in the construction of many huge projects, for example, Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Qilu Branch, Guangzhou Branch, Maoming Branch, Yanshan Branch, Shanghai Gaoqiao Branch, Hainan Branch, Qingdao Branch etc.
We are also one of the 5 fittings suppliers in West-East Natural Gas pipeline Transmission Project of China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC). We trial-produced the bends and fittings in the very beginning, and the products are still supplied till now. Besides, we also got appreciation in the following branches of CNPC: Jilin Branch, Liaoyang Branch, Dalian Branch, Dagang Branch, Jingzhou Branch, Lanzhou Branch, Sudan Petroleum Chemical and Dushanzi Branch, etc.
We got great achievements with China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC): we are one of the 4 domestic fittings suppliers in CNOOC-Shell petrochemical Project, which is the first huge petrochemical project of CNOOC. We are the only fittings supplier of China offshore oil Engineering Co., Ltd, which is the largest domestic offshore oil platform builder with EPC qualification.
Our batch production of fittings and bends used for huge capacity power plants (600 MW) is advanced during the contruction of Xilinhaote Power Plant, Ningbo Power Plant, Yangcheng Power Plant, Changxing Power Plant etc, earning enviable celebration.
