It adopts design software including CAD/CAM/CAE, VMM/VMC processing center, DC high-speed fine carving machine, CNC EDM electric discharge machines, high precision Wire DM LW, DK big-swing linear cutting, FLY three-coordinate measuring instrument for examining and manufacturing molds. HT Haitian injection molding machine, JB open back inclinable power press, and HPC semi-automatic rubber molding machines and debugging mold have formed a production chain including design, manufacture, debug and injection molding. The PVC automobile dust-proof cover series firstly developed by our technical department can replace the existing dust-proof cover made from neoprene in the domestic automobile industry, and the dust-proof cover made from PVC burning plastics abroad. Its advantages are as follows: 20% lower in prices than the similar products, scentless, with ROHS certification. |
