Our lead consulting engineer has over 40 years experience in plastic injection molding, including 15 years of new product development and design. We can provide the know how to get your product to market faster and at a lower cost.
Our data exchange capability: Solidworks, UGS, Pro/E, CAD, Cimatron, Wildfire, AutoCad.
Further, owning one molding and one tooling factories enable us to more conveniently apply your design to final products.
Factory
We own ISO 9001:2000 issued by German Tuev.. During production, experienced personnel will be assigned to oversee the manufacturing and guarantee that your standards are being met through all stages of a project, and to catch and record a defect.
We have more than 10 years of tooling experience. Own 7 milling center with high speed, 14 EMD machines(with 2 mirror EMD made in Switzerland), 11 Wire cutting machines, 18 precise milling machine, 3 ultrasonic Polishing machines, 3 Grinding machines and 1 Comero.
For plastic injection service, we equip 57sets of injection machine(80-2400T), 4 gas assisted injection molding system. We accept outside trial shot orders.
Till now, our customers come from various field: automotive, home appliance, kitchenware, construction, communication etc.
