The annual productivity is 80 million pcs seals and 10 million pcs polyurethane products. The total working staff is 300, including 60 technicians, 6 senior engineers. RFX has five product lines, such as reciprocating oil seals, revolving oil seals, valve oil seals, high pressure oil seals and polyurethane products, with over 700 different products. So far, the leading products are reciprocating oil seals and revolving oils seals, among which 5 products have got national patents. The products are mainly used in vehicle and motorcycle shock absorber, engine, vehicle bridge, gear box, auto air conditioner compressor, and high pressure oil seals used in different engineering machinery. The main buyers are FAW Group, Dongfeng Group, Volkswagen Group, Weichai Group, Ankai Motor, Foton Motor, Jinbei Motor, Doosan Engineering Machinery, and so on. RFX is also a partner of many internal professional absorber producers, such as Tianjin Tiande, Zhejiang Zhengyu, Sichuan Ningjiang, Chengdu Jinding, Chongqing Zhongyi, Jiangmen Haojue, Jiangsu Mingxing, zhangjiagang Zhenglong, and so on. Parts of its products have exported to US, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and other foreign markets.
