The quality and performance of anode can affect turnover. quality and efficiency in electrolysis process directly. Nowadays most of enterprises are commonly adopted dual& multi P b-Ag alloy anode plate which contains Ag(0.2%~1%). The manufacturing methods of these anodes are divided into casting and pressing. After long-term of research ,the alloy anode contains Pb.Ag.Ca.Al.Si.Ti etc was successfully developed. We adopted the process of cool pressing .DIM . balling. It has contains Ag(0.2%~0.35%)less than regular and cost less. It also have smoothly plate with high-density .high-intensity .high-corrosion. Besides, good thermal and electroical conductivity was welcomed by the ending user. |
