COMPANY PROFILE
Shine global houseware limited was started in 1987, at Chennai as an export oriented unit to manufacture Stainless Steel products – namely Kitchenware and Tableware items. From the beginning, the company is concentrating only on exports. Other than exporting the goods that are manufactured in our factory, we source products from 0ther manufacturers as per our buyer’s requirements. Raw material is mostly sourced locally and we also import Raw material from other countries – in particular Europe.
Our factory is situated in Chennai at a very prime location near the harbor. We have our own offices at Dubai, South Africa and associate office at Panama and other parts of the world.
We have satisfied customers at many countries and their continued support in recognition of our service and quality helped us to reach the current turnover of US$ 11 Million. Company has plans for major expansion and taking all steps by way of participating in Trade fairs, advertisements, personal visits etc. to bring more countries in our business network.
Distribution Network: We already have offices in Dubai – to cater the Middle East and African region and in Panama to service the Latin American clients. We ship the goods from Chennai port (India) directly to all our buyers, wherever they are situated. We are regularly shipping to USA, Canada, Japan and some European countries.
Factory location and infrastructure: We have four factories in India (Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi) and these places are all developed cities. Chennai and Mumbai have major seaport and serviced by all the major shipping lines, which facilitates fast and smoother shipments. We have about 300 skilled employees and also we are well coordinated with about 60 factories with a workforce of 2600 employees to manufacture the required items in STAINLESS STEEL products.
Production Capacity: We have the production capacity to manufacture and export Stainless Steel products to the tune of about two million U.S dollar per month at present. We are also interested in setting up new factory to enhance our production capacity.
Code of conduct policy as it relates to Labors: We are totally against Child Labors and all our employees are above 21 years of age. All our employees’ remuneration is above the Industry standard. We give priority to the general health of our employees and take care of their medical expenses.
Product Development Technology: We do constantly upgrade the quality and incorporate latest technology in our manufacturing. We get regular feedback on the latest international trend and requirement from our own overseas office and loyal customers. Also we are the members of Engineering councils from where we get the information on latest technologies. We spend huge amounts on research and development of new products.
Quality Standards: Twelve years of continued successful export and customer satisfaction can be attributed only to the quality standard that we always maintain. We have qualified engineers to check the quality of our product before they are shipped. Quality checks are done at every stage of production. We maintain our reputation with our clients and even a minor complaint from the customer is well attended and rectified. We value our client’s business more than our business. Straight replacement without any question asked, guarantees our QUALITY STANDARD.
