山东京卫制药有限公司是京卫医药科技集团有限公司（简称“京卫集团”）的控股子公司，位于空气清新、风景如画的泰山脚下——山东省泰安高新技术产业开发区。自1993年12月建厂以来，公司一直专业致力于药用气雾剂系列产品的生产和销售，产品主要出口亚洲、美洲、非洲等地区。公司拥有现代化的GMP车间和一流的生产和检验设施，药品生产的全过程遵循国际GMP标准，在国内率先通过国家食品药品监督管理局的GMP认证，并已通过多个国家的GMP认证。

2004年10月，公司开始投资兴建新厂，新厂占地面积14万平方米，一期工程项目包括多功能化学原料药车间、超临界中药提取车间和容纳片剂、胶囊剂、颗粒剂、散剂、粉雾剂、口服液、吸入溶液剂、外用溶液剂、洗剂、灌肠剂、软膏剂共11条生产线的综合制剂中心以及完整的共用辅助系统。随着京卫集团研究与开发工作的不断深入，公司将陆续上市新的药物剂型和品种，并将形成年产值超10亿元人民币的大型现代化生产企业。
