The Tong Yang Group was jointly established by Chairman Mrs. Chiou- ju Lin and several outstanding entrepreneurs under the support of the MOEA (Ministry of Economic Affairs), SMEA (Small and Medium Enterprise Administration), and the Tainan County Government.
