We have a well established Tool room with conventional machines like Ram turret milling machine with two axis DRO, centre lathe, Universal milling machine, shaping and radial drilling machine etc. and have a full complement of inspection instruments. To exploit the full potential of these machines, we have well trained workers who are well experienced. A list of facilities available in house and those at our command are also enclosed.
We have very good arrangements with many of our sub contractors for making patterns, castings, fabrication, heat treatment, cylindrical and surface grinding, jig boring etc., all of whom are situated within one kilometer distance from our shop, so that we can ensure timely deliveries and offer guarantee of quality.”
