SIC heating element is a type of non-metal high temperature heating device. These SIC products are made from selected super quality green silicon carbide as its main raw material. The raw material is firstly made into a blank, followed by high temperature silication and recrystallization, and becomes high quality stick shaped SIC electric heating devices. LIAO TOWER SIC heating elements can usually make use for furnace or kilns as a radiant heat source which temperature from 600`c to 1600`c . The max temperature can up to 1650`c. It can be directly used in an air atmosphere without any protection atmosphere.

Specifications of rod are available from Dia 8MM ,12mm, 14mm, 16mm, 18mm, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm ,50mm ,55mm to 60mm for all types. Specifications of tube are from Dia 16mm, 18mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 110mm, 120mm for all types .
