Hanwei manufacturing was founded in 1988 as a private owned enterprise specilized in the production of machinery for disposable industry, which located at Shiqi industrial zone, Fuqiao, Quanzhou City, Fujian, China. During the first straight lady napkin line coming out from Hanwei in 1993, we＊ve walked over ten years＊ experiences of disposable machinery development.
During these years, Hanwei do most effort to grow up continuously, whatever in sales network, technology, manpower and management. Nowadays, we＊ve confidence that there are over one thousand of production lines have been successfully installed and put into operation all over the world. Our sales network extended to many areas of the world, South Asia, Middle East, East Europe, Africa and Australia, and our staff is over 250 employees up to now.
We always try our best to offer our customer friendly machines with good performance, high efficiency, easy operation, hygiene, low maintenance cost and attractive price. To satisfy their needs is our company service purpose and pursuing in target.
The following lists Hanwei manufacturing developing histories:
a) In 1993, the factory produced the first liner for straight lady napkin.
b) In 1996, the first wing lady napkin successfully manufactured in Hanwei.
c) In 1998, participated in Hangzhou Tissue paper & Disposable products annual Exhibition and displayed wing lady napkin liner.
d) In 2000, designed and produced the first baby diaper machine.
e) In April 2001, Hanwei baby diaper liner displaying in Zhuhai NonWoven Exhibition
f) In Nov. 2002, produced the first liner for full servo lady napkin machine.
g) In Jan. 2003, start to design the wet wipe machine and the first machine came out four months later.
h) In April 2003, full servo lady napkin liner displayed in Nanjing NonWoven Exhibition
i) In Nov. 2003, joined the 10th ANEX in Shanghai and successfully displayed full servo lady napkin (HY-KB-800).
At the moment, we adopted Germany Rexroth shaftless driving system for all of full servo liners. We＊re proud of our excellent quality and reasonable price in Chinese disposable machinery manufacturing field.
